Admissions

When you attend Fresno State, you join a community of nearly 24,000 students who call our campus home. Incoming students can secure their spot as a Bulldog by registering and paying for their Dog Days orientation before June 1st.

Fresno State sweet corn returns to market

 

A Central Valley summer favorite, Fresno State sweet corn returns to the Gibson Farm Market (5368 N. Chestnut Ave.) on Saturday, May 24. 

Shoppers can buy yellow corn for 49 cents per ear. Two other varieties, white and a yellow and white bi-color, will be available the week of May 26. 

The first of 71 acres of sweet corn this year was planted on campus on Jan. 8. Additional blocks have been planted since to supply the market through the end of August.
